David Grain Jr. is a multi-talented musician, tech investor, A&R, and entrepreneur with a passion for blending creativity with innovation. His musical journey began at the tender age of 4 when he picked up the drums, laying the foundation for a lifelong dedication to music. By the time he reached high school, David had transitioned into producing and recording, honing his skills and shaping his unique sound.

While attending Williams College, the top-ranked school in the nation, David's talent and determination caught the attention of industry leaders. It was during this time that he began sending demos to major labels, sparking the interest of Sylvia Rhone, a legendary figure in the music industry. Sylvia quickly recognized David's potential and became his mentor, eventually bringing him on board at Epic Records.

At Epic, David made a name for himself as a visionary A&R, leading the analytics & research department and playing a pivotal role in shaping the label's direction. His ability to identify emerging talent and his deep understanding of the industry led to his promotion to one of the Directors of A&R.

After five successful years at Epic, David decided to embark on a new journey, channeling his experience and passion into launching his own independent record label. His new venture is artist-forward, prioritizing creativity, financial literacy, and innovation, and aiming to redefine what it means to be an artist in today's ever-evolving music industry.
